Rosemary Scented Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Serve this uniquely decadent chocolate dip in a fondue container for a warm, lush companion to an evening of champagne cocktails.

1 part whipping cream
1 part semi-sweet chocolate (one 10 oz. bag baking chips)
1 sprig of rosemary and additional bits to garnish



Step 1: Over medium heat, warm whipping cream until bubbles begin to form.

Step 2: Remove from heat, add chips and let stand for 15 minutes. Stir to thoroughly incorporate melted chocolate.

Step 3: Add sprig of rosemary and let stand for an additional 15-20 minutes to infuse flavour.

Step 4: Remove sprig, garnish with extra rosemary before serving.
