Salmon Burgers Recipe

Salmon is rich in protein, niacin, vitamin B6 and B12, so grill these up for a healthier alternative to hamburgers.
Ingredients

2 lb. salmon, ground
2 egg whites
6 green onions, greens only, finely chopped
Kosher salt and ground white pepper

Directions

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together.

Step 2: Form into patties and grill.

Note: Be careful not to overcook these burgers.
