A brie-filled rustic pie.
14 oz store bought pie dough
1/2 cup brie
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 apples, thinly sliced apples
Step 1: Lay out pie dough on a baking sheet and top with brie, brown sugar, sliced almonds and cinnamon.
Step 2: Cover the cheese layer with the sliced apples (fanned out, peeling optional)
Step 3: Dot the top with butter, drizzle with honey and pinch the edges to form a crust
Step 4: Bake at 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes, until golden. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
