Serve this spicy-sweet snack at a party for an exotic take on the traditional bowl of nuts.
1-1/2 cups cashews
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp unsalted butter, softened
Pinch of salt
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients, except the cashews, until smooth. If the mixture is too stiff to coat the nuts, heat for 15 seconds on low heat in the microwave before stirring in the cashews.
Step 3: Spread on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, stirring halfway. Cool.
