Elisabeth Prueitt, cofounder of the famed Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, has packed 225 recipes into her latest cookbook for the busy home chef. Inspired by Elisabeth’s own challenges as the primary cook in her family, Tartine All Day: Modern Recipes For The Home Cook aims to make weeknight dinners more enticing, but still healthy.
