January: An Out-Of-This-World Entryway
In art curator Pamela Meredith’s 3,300-square-foot, three-bedroom Victorian home in midtown Toronto, the space-themed artwork is constantly in flux. The canvas has an embedded computer chip and lights representing the Andromeda constellation as it changes in the night sky.

February: A Sunny West Coast Entryway
A floating staircase is a dramatic focal point in this renovated Tudor-style home in West Vancouver. The stairs were updated with black iron detailing and glass railings.

March: A Century Home’s Sentimental Entryway
A Victrola cabinet — original to this 135-year-old clapboard house in Toronto — is used for extra storage at the front door. Above it is a frame photos of the house from 1892.

April: A Revamped Bungalow’s Breezy Entryway
This ’60s home was given a much-needed refresh! A big transom window brightens up the foyer, and the coat closet was moved to another hallway to reduce the visual clutter. Woven accents give off an easy, breezy vibe, perfect for summer.

May: A Laid-Back Cabin Entryway
Tucked in between the fir trees and rugged mountains of Bowen Island, B.C., this modern gable-style home embraces the breathtaking scenery. In the entryway, a tufted bench is the perfect perch to kick off your boots, while a black-framed window frames the view outside.

A central table — topped with nautical collectibles and a vintage model boat — has pride of place this contemporary cottage on Shanty Island. The hall leads to a library panelled in the style of a modern yacht.

October: An Edwardian Home’s Industrial Entrance
In this extensively-renovated, three-story Edwardian home in Toronto, the owners tried to keep as much of the original house as possible. Subtle textural differences denote old and new brickwork.
