Aussie Crunch Buns
“These buns are also called Dutch crunch buns—or tiger buns, due to their stripy appearance. By whatever name, they all have that signature crackle on top, making them a delicious vessel for softer foods such as avocado and cheese. Or try making a sandwich with roasted chicken, sweet chili sauce, cilantro, mayo, and fresh lettuce.” – Tom Moore

Blackberry Almond Snacking Cake
“One way to use up an abundance of fruit in the summer is to make a simple white cake, toss a bunch of fruit on top, and let it bake into a big, delicious pudding. That’s what this cake is all about. Simply made, quickly tossed together, and ready for snacking any time of day.” – Tom Moore

Roasted Tomato and Green Olive Focaccia
“With olives and parmesan, this is reminiscent of a delicious thick-crust pizza, full of herbs and olive oil and all those good earthly things. It goes without saying that this recipe benefits from using tomatoes that are at the peak of their season.” – Tom Moore
