Step Inside J.Lo & A.Rod’s $15.3M Park Avenue Condo

Power couple Jennifer Lopez and former professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez have taken a big step in their relationship by purchasing a sleek new condo in Manhattan. Spanning 4,033 square feet on the 36th floor of a 96-storey tower known as 432 Park Avenue, their love nest cost a cool $15.3 million.
The luxurious apartment has never been lived in and boasts three bedrooms and four and half bathrooms, although it’s smaller than J.Lo’s extravagant Bel Air estate. Click through to take a peek!

432 Park Avenue is said to be the tallest residential building in the world.

A private elevator opens to a grand entrance gallery which leads to the open living and dining room.

The apartment features 12.5-foot ceilings and solid oak floorboards laid in a herringbone pattern throughout.

The highlight, of course, is the single-pane windows that offer gorgeous views of Central Park and beyond. Window seating with storage was added to enjoy the scenery.

The open dining area is spacious enough for extravagant dinner parties.

In the kitchen, marble floors and countertops are paired with a mix of white lacquer and natural oak cabinetry. Polished chrome fixtures accent the neutral palette nicely.

There’s even a breakfast bar floating across a north-facing window.

A wide pocket door in the gallery slides open to a den/library.

Built-in shelves offer a spot to display books and collectible items.

The sun-flooded bathrooms come complete with radiant heated floors and massive windows.

Marble walls offer a sense of refined luxury.
