Grilled Sardines Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: Pulse parsley, garlic, anchovy, olives, capers, lemon juice and hot sauce in a food processor, adding oil as needed, to make a chunky sauce.

Step 2: Broil red pepper until skins begin to blister. Remove from heat, let cool and gently remove skins.

Step 3: Rinse sardines under cold water, spread on a baking sheet and broil.

Step 4: Plate sardines and top with parsley sauce. Serve with roasted peppers.
