Valentine’s Day Floral Cherry Cocktail

Serve this sultry cognac cocktail to your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day. Pleasant fruitiness mixes with a hint of menthol, while the slight acidity works in harmony with the bitter sweetness of Martell VSOP and also accentuates its floral quality.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Martell VSOP
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp cherry juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp eucalyptus syrup, available at specialty cocktail or health food stores

Directions

Yield: Makes 1 Drink

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice.

  2. Shake and double strain into a coupette.

  3. Garnish with an orange twist or cherry.
