Roasted Cauliflower Recipe


Simply roasting vegetables we traditionally boil — like cauliflower or Brussels sprouts — introduces new tastes to old favourites.


1 head of cauliflower, cut into large florets
Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Whole cumin seeds or caraway seeds


Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2: Toss florets in oil and seasonings.

Step 3: Transfer to roasting pan and bake until golden and tender.
