Mint adds a refreshing twist to this healthy dessert or snack.
1 mango or papaya
1 cup strawberries, stemmed and halved
3 kiwis, peeled and diced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 navel oranges, peeled and segmented
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Grand Marnier, optional
3 to 4 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
1 cup raspberries or blueberries
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine mango or papaya, strawberries, kiwi, and banana and orange segments. Pour orange juice over fruit and toss gently.
Step 2: Lightly stir the honey and optional Grand Marnier into the fruit. Add mint and berries and toss gently. Chill for 15 minutes or up to 90 minutes before serving.
