Founder of Montreal’s Motive Nutrition clinic, Vanessa Perrone has dedicated her life to teaching people about the Mediterranean diet and its health benefits. The registered dietitian’s first cookbook Everyday Mediterranean is packed with protein and vegetable-forward recipes including Baked Salmon with Gremolata Crust and Flank Steak Salad with Crispy White Beans, each accompanied by bright, beautiful images. There are healthy desserts, too, like the Flourless Chocolate, Hazelnut and Espresso Cake.
