Lynda Reeves was inspired by English kitchens when renovating her wood-panelled lakehouse. The soapstone kitchen counters and brass bridge tap are timeless.

A Cool, Cali-style Kitchen In Toronto
Mediterranean minimalism meets California cool in this breezy home. Details like panelling, arches and exposed stone add personality to the pared-back kitchen.

A Whistler Cabin’s Sleek Kitchen
The homeowner of this B.C. retreat was looking for something lighter and fresher than the typical rustic elements of a ski cabin. In the open-concept kitchen, the vent hood and island were designed to be “furniture-like,” with a waterfall counter in Fior Di Bosco honed marble.
A Classic Farmhouse Kitchen in Quebec
In actor Karine Vanasse’s quaint farmhouse in Knowlton, brass cup pulls, shiplap walls and and marble counters are hallmarks of classic farmhouse style.

A Modern Kitchen In A Victorian Home
The compact kitchen in this Victorian home is updated by a wall of tiles and Serge Mouille-style sconces.

A Traditional French-style Kitchen In Toronto
A zinc vent hood has a French château feel that works beautifully with the green soapstone counters in this traditional home.

A Dramatic Kitchen In Greenwich, Connecticut
Warm putty cabinets, showstopping marble and eclectic lighting bring a dramatic look to the gracious kitchen in this clapboard home.

A Modern Farmhouse Kitchen In The Country
This renovated farmhouse is full of heritage touches with ceilings trussed in white oak beams and a floor in oversized stone tiles.

A Black & White Boathouse Kitchen In Muskoka
This board and batten boathouse has sharp black trimmed kitchen cabinets that are reminiscent of a Chanel perfume box. A quintet of pendants offers a playful moment over the island.

A Cottage Kitchen In B.C’s Half Moon Bay
In this Japandi-style cottage kitchen, granite counters and wood panelling drive home the natural beauty inside and out.

A High Contrast Toronto Kitchen
High-gloss cabinets and a bold custom vent hood keep this kitchen sleek while a black La Cornue range is a graphic focal point.

A Toronto Stylist’s Handsome Kitchen
Fashion stylist Erica Wark wanted her petite rowhouse kitchen to have a stately, sophisticated feel that connected with the rest of the house. Crown molding, an armoire-like fridge and off-centre artwork achieve the look.
