Parmesan Fries

Recipe: Coco & Cowe for ActiFry

Presented by



  • 2 lb. potatoes cut into shoestrings
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
  • ½ tsp fresh rosemary (or a pinch dried, crumbled)
  • ½ tsp Montreal steak spice
  • 1 ActiFry spoon olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese, to taste


Yield: Serves 2

  1. Add potatoes, thyme, rosemary, steak spice and oil to the ActiFry.
  2. Cook for 35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Plate and grate parmesan generously over top.
