Creamy Artichoke Dip Recipe
1 14 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Step 1: Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a medium bowl.
Step 2: To serve dip as is, let the mixture stand for 3 hours to overnight, stir thoroughly and serve. To serve dip hot, spread in an ungreased 9″ quiche or pie pan. Bake at 375ºF for 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Step 3: Serve with crackers or crudité.
