Ruby Kelly Cocktail 

Recipe By:  Stacey Smithers and Lauren Petroff

Steep dried hibiscus tea in boiling water to make tea. Store in fridge until ready to use.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz. hibiscus tea 1 oz. Plymouth gin
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 2 tsp simple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 tsp rosewater Lemon twist
Directions Yield:  Makes 1 Drink
  1.  Mix all ingredients together in glass. Serve with ice cube and lemon twist garnish.
