Squash Blossom Pizza Recipe


For an unexpected topping add edible blossoms.


16 oz pizza dough
1 cup ricotta
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup parmesan
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp fresh rosemary
8 squash blossoms
1 tbsp olive oil


Step 1: Roll out pizza dough, lay on oiled sheet.

Step 2: Mix ricotta, garlic cloves, parmesan, fresh thyme and fresh rosemary in a bowl.

Step 3: Spread ricotta mixture on the dough and top with squash blossoms, olive oil and salt.

Step 4: Bake 425°F for 15 – 20 minutes.
