Thyme Ice Cream Recipe

Use good-quality vanilla ice cream for this heady, fragrant summer dessert. Served with Rustic Rhubarb Tart, it’s the perfect ending to a meal.

Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme leaves

Directions

Step 1: Let ice cream soften at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Step 2: Transfer to large bowl and stir in thyme until well combined. Return to freezer until firm.
