Leon: Baking & Desserts (2012 Conran Octopus) is the third cookbook from the British fast-food restaurant chain Leon. Following the Leon principle that tasty takeout can also be healthy, three-quarters of the recipes are sugar, dairy, wheat or gluten free. Co-authored by Henry Dimbleby and Claire Ptak, the book contains hundreds of recipes for everyone from the novice cook to the baking aficionado.
