In the Gourmand International award-winning Sea Salt, three members of the family  travel and food writer, Alison; Skills Canada BC 2013 medal winning chef, Hilary and veteran yacht racer, Lorna  explain how to stock a galley kitchen and how to make delicious meals that will impress both on board and at the dock. Their meals consist of locally sourced ingredients and they give details on the ports and island markets with the best cheeses, seafood, breads and wines.
