Cranberry Or Peppermint Bark Recipe

Step 1: Melt chocolate in microwave, 30 seconds at a time or in double boiler. Stir gently between heating.

Step 2: Once chocolate is melted, pour onto a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap and spread.

Step 3: Sprinkle crushed candy canes or dried cranberries, nuts or candied ginger over chocolate while still warm.

Step 4: Allow to harden, about 20 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 5: Break into pieces and serve or pack up as holiday gifts.

Good quality white or semisweet chocolate
Crushed candy cane, nuts, candied ginger, or dried cranberries
