Australian food writer and former MasterChef Australia contestant Alice Zaslavsky has released the new cookbook In Praise of Veg, and you’re going to want to check it out. This 450-page encyclopedia-esque cookbook goes through the entire rainbow of produce to inspire your next dinner.
