After living in a classic bungalow for 10 years, these homeowners called on designer Olivia Botrie of Dart Studio to help them turn their property into a modern three-storey retreat. The spacious home now features a foyer with floor-to-ceiling storage and custom seating, an open-concept kitchen and both a living and family room.
