Makeover: Tour A Bright & Inviting Attic Bedroom

H&H’s Reiko Caron shows us how one family turned their dark, unused attic into a warm, welcoming bedroom. The homeowners had several VELUX skylights installed to bring in light and ventilation, then Reiko decorated the space with fun bedding and accessories. In addition to layering the bed with rich textiles and graphic pillows, Reiko filled one of the empty nooks with large floor pillows, blankets and rugs to create a cozy meditation and relaxation spot. In another corner, a Parsons desk and inspiration photos make for a mini home office.
