Sarah Richardson-Designed Condo

Designers Sarah Richardson and Thomas Smythe take us through a 1980s condo they updated for one of their TV producers, Michael Prini. See how they transformed the dark space into a bright, inviting home filled with mid-century modern pieces and personal touches. Learn their tips on where to save and where to splurge — from affordable Ikea cabinets to graphic floor tiles and custom marble countertops.
