A Run-Down Farm Gets A Miraculous Transformation

Anna Simone, Elaine Cecconi and Paula Fleck (of Cecconi Simone and Oni One Sourcing & Purchasing, respectively) tackle the renovation of a lifetime — revitalizing a 19th-century former horse farm in Cambridge, Ont. In just 18 months, the trio turned the compound into a shared country retreat comprised of four spectacular spaces: the Main Barn, Medium Barn, Baby Barn and studio. “The energy in this place is magnificent,” says Anna. Brimming with history, the residence is a master class in preserving the past with an eye to the modern era.
