The talented team behind New York City barbecue chain Brother Jimmy's BBQ — owner Josh Lebowitz and executive chef Eva Pesantez — has published a cookbook (2012 Stewart, Tabori & Chang) of their top-selling dishes. Known for their incredible ribs, country-fried steak, pulled pork sandwiches and blackened chicken, Lebowitz and Pesantez have made a living from satisfying New Yorkers with their famous grilling fare. Try burgers topped with their signature barbecue sauce and wild bass with a smoked tomato salsa (pictured above) to recreate these delicious restaurant recipes in your own backyard.
