Dawn Casale and David Crofton, owners and husband-and-wife team, even published their first book of favourite family recipes, from cookies and whoopies to cupcakes and tarts. One Girl Cookies (2012 Clarkson Potter) is full of step-by-step recipes for the shop's sought-after treats, as well as stories behind their Italian influences.
