Parmesan Fries

- 2 lb. potatoes cut into shoestrings
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
- ½ tsp fresh rosemary (or a pinch dried, crumbled)
- ½ tsp Montreal steak spice
- 1 ActiFry spoon olive oil
- Parmesan cheese, to taste
Directions
- Add potatoes, thyme, rosemary, steak spice and oil to the ActiFry.
- Cook for 35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Plate and grate parmesan generously over top.
