Sherwin-Williams Announces 2022 Color Of The Year!

Sherwin-Williams just revealed its 2022 Color Of The Year as Evergreen Fog (SW 9130).

The gentle gray-green hue “is a sophisticated wash of color for spaces that crave a subtle yet stunning statement shade,” said Sue Wadden, director of color marketing at Sherwin-Williams. “Evergreen Fog inspires us to begin again and is a great choice for modern interiors and exteriors.” This soothing shade welcomes a new era of nostalgic mid-tones, after years of bold jewel tones and cool-toned neutrals. “Evergreen Fog brings a regenerative touch to any environment, whether hotel room, restaurant or office,” says Sue.

This color works with a variety of design styles, from boho to traditional. Sue suggests pairing it with natural-looking textiles for added depth and texture (like this living room from Vintage Revivals), or with a fusion of metals to create a complimentary pop (like this trad powder room from Jean Stoffer Design).
