Homemade Canadian Cream Cocktail Recipe

Serve this drink at Christmas or holiday parties. Similar to Baileys, this version uses a Canadian whiskey.

1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 14-oz. can sweetened, condensed milk
1-2/3 cups Canadian whiskey (such as Gibson’s Canadian Club, Crown Royal, Wiser’s)
1 tsp instant espresso granules (or instant coffee powder)
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract (sounds weird, but it works)


Step 1: Whisk everything together in a large mixing bowl until frothy, then pour into a sealable bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to two months.
