Designer Shaunn Lipsey Renovates A 90-Year-Old City Home For Her Sister

Presented by

ARD Outdoor

For this renovation project in Toronto’s Forest Hill neighbourhood, Shaunn Lipsey, principal of Shaunn Lipsey +Co., took on a special set of clients: her sister and brother-in-law. See how she masterfully transformed the residence, seamlessly incorporating a modern design aesthetic while staying true to the home’s historical feel. Favourite moments include the two marble-clad fireplaces with original limestone insets, the gorgeous sculptural light fixtures on the main floor and the kitchen’s spacious walk-in pantry with an elegant arched door.
