Kraft Mama Mia Bruschetta Salad Recipe
3 cups tomato chunks
1 cup red onion, cut in slivers
8 cups day-old bread, cut into cubes
1 cup Kraft Classics Zesty Italian dressing
1 cup Kraft 100% finely shredded Parmesan cheese*
*For a lighter taste, try using Kraft mozzarella shredded cheese
Step 1: Toss the tomato chunks, red onion and bread with Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
