If you love a margarita, this will be your new summer sipper. It’s a refreshing blend of sweet and sour flavors.
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. tequila
- Soda water
- Grapefruit wedge (for garnish)
Directions Yield: Makes 1 drinks
- On small plate, mix salt with sugar. Using wedge of grapefruit, moisten rim of glass; dip rim in mixture.
- Pour grapefruit juice, lime juice and sugar into glass and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add tequila, a handful of ice cubes and top with soda water. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
