When decorator and blogger Tim Lam’s partner (and client) purchased a pre-construction condo in Kitchener-Waterloo, he jumped on the opportunity to tailor the space to their needs. The 1000-square-foot unit has an open-concept layout that allows them to entertain with ease. In the compact kitchen, a dining table takes the place of an island, allowing them to prep and cook without sacrificing a seating area.
