In 2021, after a four-year renovation led by Frank Gehry, the refreshed areas of the museum opened to the public. Don’t miss the exhibition, Stephen Burks: Shelter in Place, a look at the past 10 years of furniture, fixtures and craft from the industrial designer.

Celebrating its 100th anniversary last year, the art institute is home to an exciting collection of impressionist, postimpressionist and modern art.
