Yogurt Bowl With Citrus And Rosemary Honey

Ingredients


Serves 4

  • 1 cup water
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 4 small oranges
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 4 tsp bee pollen

Directions

Make Rosemary Hones

  1. Combine water, honey and rosemary sprigs in small pot. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened into a syrup and infused with rosemary, 15 to 20 min.
    Let cool.

Prepare Fruit

  1. Peel oranges and cut horizontally into thin slices. Break open pomegranate and release all seeds.

Assemble Bowls

  1. Divide yogurt between bowls. Layer orange slices on top and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Spoon on granola. Drizzle rosemary honey over each bowl and garnish each with bee pollen.
