Short-Rib Ragout Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: Heat oil in a Dutch oven and brown ribs.

Step 2: Add other ingredients, cover and simmer at least three hours.

Step 3: Chill, skim off fat and remove meat from bones. Reheat and serve with the sauce over buttered egg noodles.
