Spring Riis CocktailRecipe By: Philip Haddad
This Spring Riis cocktail is made with snap pea-infused gin.
- 1 cup Hendrick’s Gin
- 1/2 cup chopped snap peas
- 1/2 cup St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 6 pea shoots
Directions Yield: Makes 6 Cocktails
- Combine gin with snap peas and infuse for 24 hours. Strain. Shake infused gin, liqueur and lemon juice in cocktail shaker. Fill 6 glasses with ice and divide mixture between them. Garnish with pea shoots.
