Yogurt Bowl With Citrus And Rosemary Honey

Directions
Yield: Serves 4
Make Rosemary Hones
- Combine water, honey and rosemary sprigs in small pot. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened into a syrup and infused with rosemary, 15 to 20 min.
Let cool.
Prepare Fruit
- Peel oranges and cut horizontally into thin slices. Break open pomegranate and release all seeds.
Assemble Bowls
- Divide yogurt between bowls. Layer orange slices on top and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Spoon on granola. Drizzle rosemary honey over each bowl and garnish each with bee pollen.
