West African textile specialist Tensira has partnered with Goodee on a new collection of hand-spun, handwoven and hand-dyed throw pillows filled with fibre from the kapok tree, a more sustainable alternative to cotton. Expert dyers from the Republic of Guinea created playful checks, stripes and tie-dyed patterns that will liven up any living room.

Le Bambole, Mario Bellini’s iconic seating collection for B&B Italia, has gotten an eco-friendly refresh. The sofas and chairs are now made with recycled materials, including a PET undercover and polyethylene frame. Not only that, new pieces can be disassembled and more easily recycled when the time comes.

Launched this past June by Quebec designer Paule Bourbonnais, the all-natural Blanche line, a trio of surface, bathroom and floor cleaners, can be used on glass, laminate, chrome, stainless steel, ceramic, vinyl and even wood. Packaged in refillable bottles, the cleaners are made with olive oil, essential oils and other vegan ingredients for a natural clean with fragrance notes of conifer and citrus.
