Ingredients

Serves 4

1 tablespoon butter; melted

1 cup Hawaii macadamia nuts

1 cup sugar

6 fresh figs; washed and halved

5 ounces Brie cheese; cut into 12 pieces

6 slices ham; halved the long way

Directions

  3. Remove from heat. Spread nuts out onto prepared greased foil and set aside to cool.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Wrap a fig half, along with a piece of Brie, with a slice of ham and place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
  7. Break up pieces of macadamia brittle and serve all together with figs when done.
