Color Crush: Take Inspiration From The Sea With Aegean Blue
Published on July 27, 2021

H&H contributor Emma Reddington shares which hue she’s crushing on right now.
A watery hue with an extra splash of complexity, Aegean blue brings contrast to airy interiors. If you’re looking to add a moment of playfulness to your neutral home office or library, consider a rug or table lamp in this saturated blue for a hit of color and character. Or, dive deeper into this shade with statement stripes on a bedroom wall or a patterned backsplash in the kitchen to add graphic interest and an ocean’s worth of wow factor. “Aegean blue is an intoxicating blend of saturated cobalt with a hint of teal green, a perfect accent color for summer decorating,” says Emma.
