Hotel De Mendoza Swizzle

Even if you don’t have a seaside escape booked this summer, mixing up a warm weather cocktail is the next best thing. With notes of juicy passion fruit and tart lime, this refreshing tequila-based beverage will transport you even if you’re soaking up the sun in your city backyard.

Ingredients
  • Small handful mint, torn
  • 1.75 oz (52 mL) Tromba Reposado
  • 0.5 oz (15 mL) lime juice
  • 0.75 oz (22 mL) simple
  • 0.75 oz (22 mL) passion fruit pulp
Directions
  1. Muddle mint at the bottom of a tall glass
  2. Fill glass two-thirds of the way with crushed ice and remainder of ingredients.
  3. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig or a passion fruit.
