Thai Grilled Chicken RecipeTry marinating the chicken overnight as this will bring out optimum flavour!
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tbsp minced fresh gingerroot
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lime, juiced and zested
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
Step 1: Place all marinade ingredients in medium, non-porous bowl. Blend well and place the chicken in the marinade, turning to coat several times. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
Step 2: Preheat grill for high heat and oil lightly.
Step 3: Grill chicken over high heat for about 7 minutes per side or until done (internal temperature should reach 180ºF).
